Today I rode my mom’s TB gelding Maestro, who I plan to show and clinic next year, for a little bit. He actually listened to me and was nice a round. He is such a sweet  boy, not a mean bone in his body, he is however a bit silly and has some of the TB tendencies, tension, sensitivity, etc. Thoroughbreds are very misunderstood, they are so sweet and goofy, such hams!

I really wish more people would give them a chance. You can find a list of Equine Rescues at Dover Saddlery. I have decided my next horse will be a rescued TB!

Yesterday for my 23rd birthday my very non-horsie brother gave me an apple flavored LikIt. This is a major break through for him since he went to the feed store all by himself and got it. I’m so proud.

I think Penny is going to love it since she loves to lick stuff and she loves apples!
