Well, my general classes begin today. Still waiting for two of my classes to be opened. I almost had another set back. Isn’t college all about set backs? I found out yesterday I need MS Office 2007 (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) for my computer classes. Dad to the rescue one again! Equine classes begin Monday.

It looks like my mom will be getting a student, a girl at the barn wants to learn english and then dressage! I have a good feeling about her, she’s very enthusiastic and has lots of questions. Which is a very good thing. Nothing is worse than a student without questions. The last girl didn’t care,  seemed like her dad wanted her to do it. All she wanted to do was gymkana and trail.

I might be getting one as well. One of my co-workers wants me to take her daughter to the barn with me and teach her how to ride. I gave her my cell number. Now it just needs to be aranged.

Good news! I will be attending WDT after all. I heard back from my dad and he said he’ll buy my books. I’m taking 12 units instead of the 18 units I was originally registered for. I won’t finish in two years, probably in three instead. I’m so happy…I don’t care as long as I complete it and get my A.A.S.! Class starts the 21st (for non-equine) and the 25th (for equine). I’ll keep you all updated.

An Update: Talked to dad. He said he’ll pay for books for this semester, but I have to pay for the rest. I was planning to. Just had to start saving up.

My dream of actually achieving a degree of some kind, has slipped away. After checking my account at WDT today I noticed the balance of nine-hundered some odd dollars and some change. I had to come to the relization that there was no way I could pay for that as well as books. So I am forced to withdrawl, maybe somethings are just no ment to be. Maybe I can take some other kind of schooling??

This is the second time a degree has slipped the first being my B.A. in history from CSU.
